We are open on Christmas day and Boxing day. On these days we will be serving a festive Christmas menu (69,50 euro).We’re sorry to┬áinform you that both days are fully booked.

Royal Red Scampi from the plancha with a cream of cauliflower, pork cheek flos, pomelo and a bergamot jelly.

Twice cooked celeriac with pickled celery, vinegar potatoes, dark toasted celeriac jus and winter truffle.

Seared goose breast, glazed with persimmon syrup, swede puree, fermented turnip and a reduced duck essence.

Oven roasted Yarra Valley venison steak on a parsley root creme, arabica coffee ganache, fondant potatoes and a winter spiced jus.

Torched Brie de Meaux, rehydrated carrot, carrot and ginger gel, caraway foam and Brie de Meaux ice cream.

Whisky soaked cocoa sponge cake with a rich chocolate mousse, clementine marmalade, orange syrup and pine ice cream.
